Richland Public Library Present John Bain

The Richland Public Library will be hosting Wayland Iowa author John Bain who will talk about his new book, Christie's Journey: The Beat Goes On from Christain Faith Publishing.

This book is the true story of his family's traumatic encounter with nearly losing his daughter to what was thoguht to be postpartum cardiomyopathy. Instead, it was discovered that Christie had an unknown birth defect that caused her pulmonary artery to be connected to the wrong side of her heart.

After the book talk participants will have a chance to ask the author questions about the book and experiences.
